DEEP CLEANING (this is a very extensive service)
  • High and Low dusting and vacuuming (under and behind furniture
  • DAMP WIPING of blinds, window sills, and baseboards, doors, cabinets, ceiling fans, and light fixtures
  • Floor cleaning (sweeping/mopping)
  • Bathroom deep cleaning (addressing any mold in bathrubs and showers) and sanitation
  • Kitchen thoroughly cleaned including wiping down kitchen cabinets from top to bottom
  • (interior of oven and refrigerator can also be added)
  • Washing interior window panes within reach on a 6-foot ladder
Move out/in cleaning

The move/out and move/in cleaning package is customizable according to your needs. It includes all standard cleaning items, with the addition of cleaning inside all cabinets and kitchen appliances. The service can be performed at a lower level type service or a premium level deep cleaning service, which is the hand-wipe process, including washing interior windows. Broom sweeping the garage can also be included.

Construction / Post-Renovation cleaning

Construction cleaning is considered the highest level of service. It includes everything listed in the Deep Cleaning package, but because construction dust takes much more effort to remove thoroughly, it is classified separately. Every surface in the home is damp wiped, including walls or if necessary.
